## Description

As the Senior Product Owner (PO), you will play a critical role in shaping the future of technology products offered within our integrated care delivery system, ensuring the creation of maximum value for customers.

The PO champions the product, facilitates product/feature decisions, and owns accountability for the product content and releases. The PO serves as the liaison between the agile team and stakeholders, including Business Owners and Product Management.

**Responsibilities**

The primary scope will be focused on clinical operations workflows, as it relates to the EMR product. This scope includes workflows related to the Providers, Medical Assistants, and Care Integration Team (CIT) that operate in the PCO clinics.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare

- Six Sigma or SAFe certification

- 5+ years proven experience in product or equivalent business management

- 3+ years demonstrated experience leading teams for product delivery

- 2+ years experience in a Primary Care setting

- 2+ years as a super user or equivalent experience with Electronic Medical Records system

**Work Arrangements**

- Remote position

- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required

- Self-provided internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps

- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**

- 40 hours per week

**Pay Range**

- $94,900 - $130,500 per year
