## Description

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping existing customers scale while managing requests and closing deals from a large book of accounts.

You'll build a strong foundation of knowledge across Figma's product platform and internal sales processes, partnering with Support, Order Management, and Marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with existing customer accounts about Figma's platform and pricing

- Closing inbound sales requests for subscription expansions

- Managing inbound billing requests

- Closing targeted outbound account renewals

- Qualifying and handling inbound sales requests

- Partnering with Marketing to run proactive campaigns

We're looking for someone with:

- A desire to build a career in Sales

- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products and processes

- Collaboration skills across multiple teams

- Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning

- Adaptability and comfort with navigating frequent change

While not required, it's a plus if you have:

- B2B SaaS experience

- Customer-facing Sales/Support experience

- Multilingual skills (German or French)
