## Description

We are seeking a National Sales Manager to join our IQVIA team for an exciting project in the Speciality Care area.

As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall sales success, with a focus on increasing sales.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a large national sales team consisting of field staff and regional managers

- Monitoring relevant KPIs to react quickly and derive measures to achieve targets

- Managing, coaching, and motivating the entire team to ensure successful sales conversations with doctors

- Reporting and presenting the current status of target achievement to all stakeholders

Requirements:

- You have the status of a pharmaceutical consultant according to §75 AMG or meet the legal requirements for working in scientific field sales

- You have experience in launching and establishing specialty care products and achieving targeted sales increases

- You have experience in data-driven launch management using relevant KPIs

- You have strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
