## Description

We are seeking a senior project leader with a strong business focus to play a key role in the development of new nuclear power.

As a senior project leader, you will have a central role in our projects within new nuclear power, leading projects and sub-projects from planning and implementation to follow-up.

Your main tasks will include:

- Leading and structuring complex projects or sub-projects

- Planning, following up, and ensuring progress towards agreed goals

- Creating good collaborations between internal and external stakeholders

- Contributing to contract strategies, procurement, and supplier dialogue

- Participating in negotiations and follow-up of supplier agreements

- Contributing to the development of working methods and experience feedback within the organization

Requirements:

- Relevant academic education or equivalent experience

- Several years of experience leading complex projects

- Experience with commercial and contract-related issues in projects

- Knowledge of Contract Management and interest in further developing skills in this area

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally

- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

- B driver's license

Merit-based requirements:

- Experience in energy, nuclear power, process industry, industrial plants, or infrastructure

- Experience with Contract Management, procurement, or commercial project management

- Familiarity with established contract forms and standards, such as AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, FIDIC, or NEC
