## Description

We are seeking a curious-minded and enthusiastic Associate to join our Corporate team at Linklaters in Jakarta. You will advise corporates and financial institutions on a range of public and private M&A transactions, venture capital funds, general corporate, and regulatory work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Draft and review documentation, demonstrating familiarity with precedents and market standards

- Provide commercial and legal advice to clients

- Network with clients to capitalise on new business opportunities

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and communicate assertively under pressure as a proactive team player

**Key Requirements:**

- Excellent academic credentials

- Admitted in Indonesia (PERADI)

- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) on the UK scale

- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

- Experience with Indonesian transactions at a top-tier firm is an added advantage

- Strong networking and organisational skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
