## Description

The Starting Hourly Rate is $18.25 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.

As a Small Format Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional guest experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering excellent guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs

- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, processing deliveries, and operating equipment

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience

- Processing transactions, handling cash register operations, and maintaining accuracy

- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand standards, including cleaning and attending to spills

- Accurately executing all Fills, including filling the floor, liability fills, and guest requests

- Processing inbound deliveries and completing backroom weekly audits

- Operating power equipment if certified

- Maintaining backroom organization and location accuracy

- Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Working in a safe manner and reporting hazards

- Supporting guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up

This role requires:

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

- Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and move merchandise efficiently and safely

- Flexibility when picking up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to attempts at contact

- Capability of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements

- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
