## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Director to join our team in Tokyo. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and relationships with large and leading companies across multiple verticals/industries/markets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop an action plan and drive its implementation

- Prospect new customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and events

- Create and update a list of potential customers

- Negotiate prices and delivery dates with customers

- Propose and explain workflows and delivery dates to customers, and provide estimates

- Provide guidance to the production department and monitor progress

- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services

- Research industry trends and explore new business opportunities

**Requirements:**

- Native-level Japanese speaker with business-level English communication skills (TOEIC 880 or above)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**What We Offer:**

- Annual salary ranging from ¥9,000,000 to ¥30,000,000 depending on performance

**Contract Details:**

- 1-year contract with a 6-month probationary period
