## Description

Visa is seeking a Consultant, Software Test Engineering to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading test strategy, solution validation, and delivery activities across one or more projects, communicating outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing oversight and guidance to team members responsible for testing, certification, and quality-related activities across multiple products and solutions.

- Taking ownership of testing and solution readiness activities for assigned initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and client outcomes.

- Designing and reviewing test approaches, test artifacts, and validation activities while partnering with stakeholders to ensure business and technical requirements are met.

- Driving troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures for technical, operational, and application-related issues.

- Serving as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on testing, certification, product capabilities, implementation considerations, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

- Full fluency in Russian, Arabic, or French is required.

- Digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Nice to have:

- Experience in payments, financial services, technology consulting, implementation, certification, client support, or customer-facing technical roles.

- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex integration, connectivity, or payment processing issues.

- Experience working with APIs, web services, system integrations, networking concepts, and modern digital platforms.
