## Description

We are seeking a Multi Site Manager to join our team in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. As a Multi Site Manager, you will be a true brand ambassador, reflecting the values of Charlotte Tilbury. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding targets, motivating the team, and ensuring seamless daily operations at the counter.

Responsibilities:

- Drive business results in-store to meet and exceed targets and performance metrics

- Conduct store visits across all sales locations

- Support the Multi Site Business Manager and other areas as needed

- Foster team development and support employee further training

- Lead and manage a team

- Collaborate with the Business Manager to set individual and team sales goals and communicate with Retail Artists to agree and achieve business objectives

- Excel as a specialist among retail brands through entrepreneurial spirit and genuine enthusiasm, engagement, and interest in the company's services

- Lead by example to promote outstanding customer service and experiences

- Coach and provide feedback to the team to ensure achievement of Charlotte Tilbury's standards in service and makeup artistry

- Seize opportunities to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience and expand the customer database for direct marketing purposes

- Implement individual and team development plans, conduct regular reviews to foster mutual feedback and coaching

- Develop a positive and cooperative team culture in-store through team meetings and a partnership-based leadership style

- Propose plans, events, and other initiatives to increase business success

- Ensure flawless visual merchandising, cleanliness of the counter, and hygiene standards

- Maintain a impeccable appearance and inspire team members to present themselves at their best

Requirements:

- Experience in retail management

- Ability to conduct store visits across all sales locations
