## Description

The Ibis Paris La Villette Cité des Sciences hotel in the 19th arrondissement is seeking a full-time, permanent Receptionist (Rotating Shift).

As a Receptionist, you will be at the heart of hotel life, providing exceptional service to guests and making their stay unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalised and warm welcome to guests

- Work on a rotating shift system, including night shifts, and participate in the hotel's reservation service

- Liaise with different hotel departments to meet guest requests

- Continuously improve the quality of hotel services

- Ensure guest loyalty and retention

- During night shifts, manage hotel activities in the absence of management, including closing procedures, cash handling, and anticipating next-day needs

Requirements:

- Fluent in French and a second language

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service
