Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Vangarde Monks Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

You'll be a key ambassador for M&S Food products, confidently recommending and selling our newest offerings to customers. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.

As a team player, you'll contribute to a positive and high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences. Flexibility is crucial, as you'll work across various store areas, adapting to changing demands.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing store demands

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work early mornings (Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 20:00-06:00)

- Digital confidence with tools like Sparks App and in-store devices

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts

**Additional Information:**

- Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
