## Description

We are seeking an HR professional to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR operational tasks and employment life cycle.

Responsibilities:

- Administer employees' leave and attendance

- Handle terminations, ensuring proper completion of termination procedures and submission of required documentation to the payroll department

- Partner with the recruitment and relevant departments to coordinate employees' onboarding

- Handle relocation and transfer processes, including necessary visa applications and payroll transfers

- Address employee and manager queries related to rewards, benefits, pay, and bonus schemes

- Maintain up-to-date employee data on HRIS (Workday) and generate relevant reports

- Ensure changes to employee profiles are properly reported and submitted to payroll

- Handle complex employee relations issues and support the implementation of performance evaluation programs

- Provide operational support to HR departments in different locations

- Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor

Required skills and experience:

- Knowledge and understanding of employment law

- Positive attitude, resiliency, and ability to produce high-quality work at a fast pace

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving competencies

- Minimum 2 years of human resources experience

- Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal)

- Prior experience working with HRIS software (Workday)
