## Description

We are seeking a Product Engineer – Tenant to build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems. You will ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.

**Accountabilities:**

- Build Engineering: Development, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfil business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use.

- Incident Management: Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system performance to measure, identify, address, and resolve any potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.

- Automation: Development and implementation of automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

- Security: Implementation of a secure configuration and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats.

- Teamwork: Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT Infrastructure requirements.

**Assistant Vice President Expectations:**

- To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in solution design and documentation within enterprise messaging environments.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Entra Identity Management.

- Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and reporting.

- Experience with MS Entra Connect, including hybrid identity management and directory sync.

- Familiarity with RBAC models in Azure and M365 Admin Center.

- Hands-on experience with M365 Defender Suite.

- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure automation.

- Working knowledge of ITIL framework in a service operations context.

- Experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation and agile delivery.
