## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and support during the Christmas period.

You'll work part-time hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. However, due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
