## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

You'll be working in a high-demand environment, operating in a fast-paced retail setting, and utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing style advice and excellent customer service

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even in a busy environment

- Working as part of a team to create a positive store environment

- Adapting to changing situations and priorities

The ideal candidate will be:

- Passionate about fashion and customer service

- Digitally confident

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- A team player

- Flexible and adaptable

Hours of work:

- Sunday: 10:00-18:00

- Monday: 12:00-20:00

- Tuesday: 12:00-20:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
