## Description

Join IQVIA's Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team as a Regional Sales Manager in Pharmaceutical External Sales. You will work closely with life sciences customers to support them with flexible sales and personnel solutions for sustainable market success. Your tasks include:

- Leading a team of pharmaceutical consultants to increase sales of vaccines among general practitioners, practitioners, and internists

- Being responsible for sales results in your region and guiding your team to achieve sales targets

- Coaching and motivating your team to ensure successful sales conversations with doctors

- Planning, coordinating, and controlling all external activities of your team

- Collaborating closely with the sales management to ensure target achievement

- Analyzing KPIs to derive action plans for continuous development of sales areas

Requirements:

- Several years of experience as a regional manager in pharmaceutical external sales, ideally in pulmonology

- Necessary qualification according to §75 AMG to fulfill legal requirements in doctor's office sales

- Experience in modern leadership instruments and ability to inspire employees for common goals

- Performance-oriented and assertive with strong analytical skills

- Ability to motivate your team to achieve top performance
