## Description

The CSO Interventions Volume Planner supports planning, forecasting, and performance management processes for assigned service segments, product lines, or geographies.

Working closely with Finance, Business Management, Operations, Quality, and Segment teams, the planner consolidates data, develops forecasts, analyzes business trends, and provides recommendations to support business decisions.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain operational forecasts for assigned business areas.

- Support monthly Flash, Budget, and Long-Term Planning cycles.

- Consolidate planning assumptions from multiple stakeholders.

- Identify forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.

- Ensure planning deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

- Analyze operational and financial performance against plan.

- Prepare variance analysis and explain key business drivers.

- Monitor trends, risks, and opportunities affecting business performance.

- Generate recurring and ad-hoc business reports and dashboards.

- Support leadership reviews with data-driven insight.

- Partner with Finance, Operations, Quality, and Segment teams to validate planning assumptions.

- Participate in planning reviews and operational discussions.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Support alignment between operational plans and business objectives.

- Follow established planning processes, controls, and governance requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.

- Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.

- Maintain planning documentation and business assumptions.

- Ensure integrity and consistency of planning data.

- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards.

- Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.

- Support business decision-making through timely reporting and analysis.

**Education & Experience Recommended**

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
