## Description

We are seeking a talented Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service, share your extensive knowledge of beauty trends and techniques, and help build a personalized shopping experience for each customer.

**Customer Sales Experience**

- Provide personalized sales service to customers, ensuring they have a fantastic beauty advisor experience

- Engage in conversations with customers, listen to their needs, and provide specialized sales advice

- Use verbal skills to generate sales and stimulate different thought processes

- Be a brand expert, answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to produce the largest sales basket possible

**Operational**

- Educate customers on various products, proper usage, and benefits, leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program to build relationships

- Participate in and represent company sales programs or events that positively impact business

- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and other beauty-specific promotional materials

- Maintain a beautiful and clean zone, keeping your assigned area well-stocked, well-merchandised, and compliant with hygiene standards

**Training & Personal Growth and Development**

- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing training/educational programs

- Execute the established sales plan, meeting sales budget and tracking progress to success

- Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls concerning programs and promotions

- Compete with yourself to beat prior sales goals and max out sales budget

**Physical Requirements**

- Physical abilities to support essential functions, such as standing and moving throughout the store

- Ability to stoop, kneel or crouch, and reach or grasp objects

**Required Qualifications**

- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

- Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team

- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training and certification provided)

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for specific CVS stores)

- Must be at least 18 years old

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience

- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands

- Strong passion for beauty

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
