## Description

We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our high-performing team in Karratha, Western Australia. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a unique remotely located portfolio of properties for a single client, an Australian Mining giant.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing housing applications, assessments, and reviews

- Leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures

- Routine inspections and PCR's

- Property maintenance management

- Bonds and tenant damage cost recovery

Relocation assistance is available, including a $6,000 relocation assistance package and a $12,000 per annum regional living allowance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 3 years' experience working in Residential Property Management

- Western Australia Property Managers Registration

- W.A Driver's License

- Advanced computing skills, with the ability to learn new property systems
