## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Activator Manager to lead our Sales Activator team in the Wallingford region. As a Sales Activator Manager, you will be responsible for executing the RBDC strategy to drive long-term sales growth in large format accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure Sales Activators outperform in the market and achieve perfect store permanent placements objectives

- Develop and track performance measures for direct reports and create market solutions using analytical selling approaches

- Maintain positive relationships with senior-level chain contacts, RBNA contacts, sales and administrative staff

- Lead, coach, and develop region sales activators to meet or exceed strategic relationship and selling objectives

- Build a diverse organisation that reflects the marketplace and lives up to Red Bull's Values

- Manage retail relationships, including alignment with RBNA National KA for all Wiring Accounts

- Evaluate total market conditions, competitive threats, and changing local dynamics to impact volume, share, and profit

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management

- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage

**What We Offer:**

- Base salary range: $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives

- Travel: 20-30%
