## Description

We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. As a Technical Leader, you will help drive the effort to transform our current and future network architecture for our customers. You will collaborate on a variety of projects that have a real impact on the lives of veterans and military service members.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Cisco Engineering to advocate for innovation for our customers

- Collaborate with customers to understand their network needs and reduce risks

- Help deliver business solutions and technology solutions from data, security, mobility, and cloud

- Lead, articulate a vision, influence, and guide teams in dynamic strategic environments

- Design, deploy, analyze, and resolve complex network issues

Requirements:

- Active DoD TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI Eligibility security clearance

- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in Cisco networking (a combination of Enterprise Networking/ Service Provider)

- CCNP-level experience with a mix of Cisco Enterprise Networking and Service Provider

- Strength in leading, articulating a vision, influencing, and guiding teams in dynamic strategic environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of complex network problems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve technical problems

- Experience delivering Cisco standard methodologies within our customer's infrastructure

- Service provider network engineer with specific focus on MPLS, BGP, Segment Routing, SRv6, IOS-XR, ASR 9000, and NCS, IOS XR
