## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Sales Force team as a sales leader in Hong Kong.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets in terms of volume and revenue in drugstore Open Trade Channel

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive mutually beneficial results

- Maximize visibility and POP execution effectiveness

- Collaborate with distributors to manage key customer relationships and drive business growth

- Co-develop sales strategies and tactics with distributors to drive demand across channels

- Conduct regular reviews with distributors

- Assess distributor capabilities, business processes, and execution

- Monitor distributor KPI achievement and seek continuous improvement

- Perform forecasting activities to ensure supply

**Requirements: Education and Experience**

- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

- 7 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, with experience in key account and distributor management being a plus

- Proactive, self-driven with strong business acumen

- Mature and dynamic character

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good at numerical analysis

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint

- Fluent in Chinese and English
