## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury's JLP W1 Oxford Street store.

As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our products in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert artistry skills and product knowledge to customers

- Build lasting emotional connections with customers

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Collaborate with team members and management to create a sense of teamwork

- Champion the art of world-class artistry and customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Ideally, an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- Ability to apply makeup and adapt your style to different customers

- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand
