## Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Market Research professional to join our team in Hangzhou, China.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Central Market Department product team and regional sales management team to develop and execute regional product promotion strategies and activity plans, optimize customer systems and business models, and enhance regional professional promotion capabilities to help achieve or exceed business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Integrating and analyzing regional market information to identify trends and opportunities

- Developing and executing regional promotion strategies and activity plans

- Managing and developing key regional customers

- Providing training and guidance on product strategies and execution

- Coordinating and communicating with central market department projects

- Organizing internal and external meetings and events

- Developing team product knowledge and professional skills

- Exploring business innovation opportunities

Requirements:

- University degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields

- At least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluency in English

- Familiarity with MS Office

Nice to have:
