## Description

Faire is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. The successful candidate will drive analytics, strategic problem-solving, and operational execution to deliver high impact. This role combines strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution, working with various teams to define capacity plans, design workforce management processes, and guide initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Filling strategic, analytical, and operational gaps for Customer Experience

- Leading cross-functional support initiatives end-to-end

- Refining and scaling capacity models and workforce management cadences

- Translating financial forecasts into operational targets

- Driving annual headcount planning and forecasting

- Building dashboards and monitoring team performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or business operations

- SQL proficiency or willingness to learn

- Ability to build and maintain scalable financial models

- Cross-functional leadership experience

- Strong communication and storytelling skills

Nice to haves:

- Marketplace experience

- Customer Support experience
