## Description

We are seeking a senior leader to fill the role of National Key Account Manager, responsible for developing and implementing Red Bull's sales strategy for major national Off-Premise Customers in Colombia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales, volume, and profitability targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customer sites

- Analyse data sources to identify customer growth opportunities

- Plan sales forecasts and prepare trade spend budgets to meet profitability targets

- Conduct yearly negotiations with key customers

- Track and adjust volume and profitability targets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning customer category strategies

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Economics or Business Administration

- 5-6 years of professional experience in Key Account Management or Field Force Management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry

- Experience in Category Management is preferred

- Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing or Consumer Marketing is a plus

- Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships

- Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation experience
