## Description

The Merchandiser Lead role involves servicing customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner. You will ensure proper stock levels, display, and rotation of Red Bull products at large format retailers. The ideal candidate will have prior merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities:

- Support merchandisers and maximise service, communications, and engagement

- Complete onboarding of new merchandisers and ensure adherence to Red Bull merchandising standards

- Maintain records for compliance with internal policy, including mileage records and trainings

- Execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines

- Evaluate competitors' activities and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or sales team

- Establish and maintain relationships with retail managers

- Collaborate with sales team members to execute new programs and sell large displays

- Lead by example and adhere to Company standards and Red Bull Values

Requirements:

- Prior merchandising experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A valid US Driver's License

- Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
