## Description

We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team in Newcastle.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our client's premises.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Clean, hoover, mop, and disinfect various areas, including desks, surfaces, kitchens, and toilets

- Empty waste and top up consumables

- Pay close attention to detail and maintain high standards of cleaning

- Follow planned cleaning schedules and protocols

- Report any issues or deficiencies in systems of work or equipment

- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and work equipment properly

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance role is beneficial but not essential

- Understanding of how to use PPE

- Ability to follow company policies, cleaning protocols, and safety regulations

- Good attention to detail and excellent timekeeping

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills
