## Description

JLL is recruiting a skilled Facility Engineer or Assistant Facility Engineer to oversee critical infrastructure and ensure seamless operations at their cutting-edge facilities in Hong Kong.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems, including Fire Services, MVAC, and HVAC

- Supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and client's sustainability standards

- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement efficient solutions

- Support facility upgrades and energy-saving initiatives

- Maintain documentation and reports for clients

**Requirements:**

- Diploma or higher in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of FM experience, with experience in fire services, MVAC, and electrical systems being a plus

- Strong knowledge of building facilities management

- Proactive and fluent in English and Cantonese
