## Description

We are seeking a TRICARE Customer Support Representative to join our team at Fort Lee, VA. As a key member of our organisation, you will interact with TRICARE beneficiaries, Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff, and other Government personnel to ensure understanding of the TRICARE health plan and the Military Health System.

Responsibilities:

- Interact with TRICARE beneficiaries, MTF staff, and other Government personnel via phone, email, chat, and in-person

- Ensure MTF, beneficiary, and provider understanding of the TRICARE health plan and navigation of the Military Health System

- Work during uncommon duty hours and travel to conduct outreach activities

Requirements:

- U.S. Citizenship

- Interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS)

- Willingness to travel and work uncommon hours

- 1 year of experience in customer relations, public contact, or TRICARE, including presentations to groups

- Experience handling high-volume customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience analysing information, researching problems, and determining solutions

- Experience in healthcare provider relations

- Knowledge of the TRICARE program

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $58,700 - $68,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
