## Description

At Soho House Mumbai, you will lead our security team in ensuring that our House remains a space where members and guests feel completely at ease, protected, and welcomed at all times.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and guide the security team across daily operations and shifts, setting the standard for professionalism and discretion

- Ensure seamless access control for members, guests, visitors, and vendors, in line with House standards

- Maintain a constant, unobtrusive awareness of the environment to ensure safety without disrupting the member experience

- Oversee CCTV monitoring, patrol routines, and all security systems with precision and responsibility

- Act as the calm first responder in any incident, emergency, or sensitive situation, ensuring swift and composed resolution

- Prepare clear, accurate incident and shift reports, maintaining complete confidentiality at all times

- Work closely with Front of House and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination during peak periods and events

- Support training and development of the security team, fostering a culture of attentiveness, respect, and service mindset

- Liaise with external authorities when required, representing the House with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

- Prior experience in security supervision, ideally within luxury hospitality, premium clubs, or high-end environments

- A calm, composed presence with the ability to manage situations with discretion and authority

- Strong observational skills and instinctive awareness of people and environment

- A natural leader who leads by example rather than instruction

- Excellent communication skills with a respectful and service-oriented approach

- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

- Ability to remain grounded and decisive in high-pressure situations
