### QA/QC Engineer - Renewables EPC

### Responsibilities

- Own the development and management of all QA/QC documentation across Fuse’s construction projects, ensuring consistent quality standards from design through commissioning.

- Build, implement, and continuously improve Fuse’s quality management processes across the full project lifecycle.

- Perform routine inspections of installations on site — leading structured walkdowns, surveillances, and observations while owning the full snagging process through to resolution.

- Develop and manage Fuse’s EPC document control system, ensuring accurate version control, traceability, and compliance across all project documentation.

- Compile and manage project turnover packs to ensure smooth and complete handover from construction to O&M.

- Support the completion, verification, and control of installation drawings, cable schedules, and as-built documentation for allocated project scopes.

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Experience in Quality engineering within the EPC or construction industry.

- You are highly detail-oriented and bring strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

- You are comfortable working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project teams with high ownership and accountability.

- Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector (renewables, power systems, or utilities) is an advantage.
