## Description

As an Enterprise Supply Chain Project Coordinator at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by preparing executive-ready meeting and presentation materials, supporting project execution, tracking action items and deliverables, coordinating purchase order activities, and leveraging AI, transcription, and data analysis tools.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare executive-ready meeting and presentation materials

- Support project execution by collecting, compiling, and organizing key project content

- Track action items and deliverables using tools such as MS Planner

- Coordinate purchase order activities from launch and release through successful receipt

- Coordinate contingent worker onboarding

- Leverage AI, transcription, and data analysis tools to summarize meetings and identify action items

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field

- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, or manufacturing operations

- Analyze data and Excel files to prepare reports and provide actionable insights

Preferred qualifications:

- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe)

- Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery

- Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects across Agile and Waterfall environments and manage risks

- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze processes and drive improvements

- Effective communication and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
