## Description

We are seeking a Damage Manager (m/w/d) in Real Estate at our Regensburg location, in full or part-time.

As a Damage Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic and cross-divisional care of damage cases in the Real Estate sector. You will manage the damage processing from notification to completion and ensure customer-oriented, efficient, and economical processing.

Your tasks will include:

- Managing and controlling damage cases

- Negotiations and communication with customers, insurers, experts, and other parties involved

- Coordinating with customers, departments, and external experts

- Reporting and documentation of damage data and processes

- Process optimisation and quality management

Requirements:

- Insurance training or equivalent experience

- Extensive professional experience in a similar field

- Good knowledge of English

- Very good computer skills

- Teamwork and willingness to perform
