## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, Sundays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 4:30 am to 11:15 am. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace and embracing the transformation M&S is driving

- Being a resilient and committed brand ambassador, confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment and supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment and working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Flexibility and ability to work across various areas of the store

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
