## Description

In this position, you will collaborate with various teams to identify key performance indicators for benchmarking. You will work with teams to select teardown properties, align with engineering and commodity technical leads to identify gaps in benchmark data, and use 6 Sigma and statistical analysis methods to analyze and interpret benchmark data.

Your responsibilities will include planning, leading, and executing workshops requested by Benchmark Engineering customers, supporting ad-hoc requests for benchmark data information and reports, and providing FACTS, Iceberg, Auto Knowledge, Marketlines Competitive Database, and benchmarking training as required.

You will also work collaboratively with external partners to benchmark properties and perform idea generation, support market alignment studies for specific Ford and competitive vehicle sets, and investigate alternative benchmarking strategies utilized on non-automotive properties.

Additionally, you will produce and lead video production of competitive vehicle features and unique engineering 'first finds' and present results to teams and senior-level management.
