## Description

Logitech is seeking a Manager, Production Management to oversee all aspects of the production process within a designated area of their manufacturing facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing and managing production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines

- Monitoring production performance against key metrics and identifying areas for improvement

- Allocating resources effectively to optimize production capacity

- Leading daily production meetings to address challenges and ensure smooth operations

- Managing and motivating a team of production personnel, including supervisors and operators

- Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the production team

- Identifying and implementing lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes

- Leading continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Utilizing data analysis to identify trends and drive process optimization

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably within a high-volume production environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments

- Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools
