## Description

You will be working as an Architect, Applications Engineering at Synopsys, a leading provider of engineering solutions from silicon to systems.

The role involves leading pre-sales technical engagements for HAPS FPGA prototyping platforms and ProtoCompiler, working directly with prospective customers to understand their SoC validation challenges and design requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading pre-sales technical engagements for HAPS FPGA prototyping platforms and ProtoCompiler

- Architecting and presenting tailored prototyping solutions that address customer-specific needs

- Conducting technical evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, and benchmarks

- Collaborating closely with the sales team to shape opportunity strategy and move deals through the pipeline

- Delivering compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and architecture reviews

The impact you will have includes:

- Directly winning competitive deals and growing HAPS revenue

- De-risking customer decisions and shortening sales cycles

- Setting customers up for long-term success and creating expansion opportunities

- Shaping product roadmap priorities and helping R&D build features that win in the field

Requirements include:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA-based prototyping, ASIC design, or SoC validation

- Proven track record in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles

- Strong command of FPGA architectures, RTL design, synthesis flows, and hardware bring-up and debug

- Experience with HAPS platforms, ProtoCompiler, or similar FPGA prototyping tools is highly desirable
