## Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Financial Regulatory Group in Amsterdam. You will work 24-32 hours per week, providing daily support to a partner and their four-person team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the partner's agenda and inbox, ensuring timely follow-up on action items

- Prioritize tasks to optimize the partner's and team's time usage

- Coordinate appointments, communication, and travel arrangements

- Handle expense claims and administrative tasks

- Ensure information is disseminated to relevant parties in a timely manner

- Prepare presentations and documents

- Provide practical support to the partner as needed

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in a similar support role

- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

- Excellent communication and prioritization skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Fluency in Dutch and English
