## Description

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's New York City office is seeking a highly motivated mid-level transactional tax associate to join its dynamic and growing tax practice.

The tax associate will work on a range of sophisticated partnership, corporate, and international tax matters in connection with real estate (including REITs), investment funds, M&A, tax planning, and other transactional work.

Successful candidates will possess outstanding analytical, research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence and client service.

The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $365,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.

Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
