## Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate M&A lawyer to join our Madrid office.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in M&A and Private Equity, with at least 3-4 years of experience working in a top-tier national or international law firm.

Responsibilities:

- Work on corporate and M&A transactions, including cross-border acquisitions, investments, reorganisations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

- Collaborate with clients and colleagues on international matters.

- Demonstrate excellent coordination and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

- Degree in Law (LL.B.)

- Professional qualifications in Economics and/or Business Administration are desirable.

- Excellent English language skills; additional languages such as French or German are highly valued.

- Membership of a Spanish Bar Association.
