## Description

We are looking for a solution-driven candidate to join our Sales Planning team, working on pricing integrity, media plan strategy, and campaign delivery. You will partner with the sales team on RFPs, produce sales proposals, work directly with advertisers, monitor and optimize campaigns, and analyze user data and audience metrics.

**Responsibilities:**

- Partner with the sales team on RFPs to provide proposal ideas and inventory solutions

- Produce sales proposals in order management system leveraging yield tools

- Work directly with advertisers or media agencies to collect campaign assets and communicate across internal teams

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maintain revenue and balance with client goals

- Analyze user data and audience metrics via advertising tools

- Assist Senior Planners and Planning Managers by utilizing historical data to support strategic decisions

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience working with an advertising operations or media planning team

- 2-4 years of experience

- Experience using ad serving and/or order management systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager, OperativeOne)

- Ability to work independently and as a team

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines

- Detail-oriented and highly motivated with analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Advanced computer applications skills (Excel, Word, Google Suite)

- Bachelor's degree preferred
