## Description

Samsara, a recently public company, is seeking an Executive Communications Lead to partner with its CEO and Co-founder. The successful candidate will craft, refine, and steward the CEO's voice across internal and external channels, building platforms for credible storytelling.

Key responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted counselor to the CEO and Co-founder on communication priorities and narrative strategies

- Lead content creation for various audiences, including presentations, videos, and social media posts

- Seamlessly communicate with different audiences, crafting clear narratives on business trends and customer issues

- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for research and organization

- Plan and manage CEO appearances and message delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders as needed

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive

- Proven understanding of building and engaging an audience

- Strong judgment and exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills

- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content

- Emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with senior leaders

Ideal candidate:

- Experience at a high-growth startup

- Background in Journalism or English

Compensation:

- Annual base salary: $118,720 - $212,000 USD
