## Description

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our football team in Atibaia, Brazil. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, and kitchen staff in food and beverage preparation, following Anvisa regulations and internal procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in food and beverage preparation, including washing and cutting vegetables, and preparing juices

- Set up snack stations with drinks and food, identify and store according to requisition

- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including floors, sinks, counters, refrigerators, stoves, and ovens

- Assist in inventory counts of food, beverages, and other kitchen items

- Verify daily that food is properly labeled, within expiration dates, and meets quality standards

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience as a kitchen assistant

- Knowledge of meat, fish, and vegetable cuts

- Familiarity with food preparation, pastry, and bakery operations

- Time management, adaptability, conflict resolution, teamwork, critical thinking, and good verbal and written communication skills

- Completed primary education
