## Description

Databricks India is one of the company's most exciting growth countries in the Asia Pacific region, and you're crucial to its success.

As the Senior Strategy & Execution Manager, you will act as the COO for the India GTM team, partnering directly with the VP of India and his leadership team within the APJ Business Unit. You will develop the GTM strategy and turn it into execution, owning the GTM planning, setting the operating rhythm, translating business insights into actionable steps, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and enabling the field on critical systems and processes.

Your impact will include:

- Serving as the strategy partner to the VP of India, translating goals into clear plans, owners, and deliverables

- Running the India sales operating cadence, including forecast calls, pipeline and business reviews, and driving accountability on priorities

- Owning reporting, forecasting, GTM strategic planning, territory, quota, and productivity modeling

- Analyzing large datasets to guide investment and growth decisions

- Building scalable tools for India leadership

- Working across teams and globally to resolve blockers, optimize processes, and handle escalations

We look for:

- 10+ years in GTM Strategy, Management consulting, investment banking, or business development

- AI-first mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets/Slides skills; Salesforce, SQL, and/or Tableau preferred

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in large, ambiguous datasets

- A "get it done" operator who can set the strategy and execute it with attention to detail

- Credibility with senior leaders, with sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to manage dependencies and trade-offs

- Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills
