## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Fosse Park Shopping Centre, Leicester. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy team

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and potential full-time hours during peak periods

**Working Hours:**

- Thursday: 14:00-18:00

- Friday: 14:00-18:00

- Saturday: 14:00-18:00

**Additional Information:**

- This is a part-time, seasonal role for Christmas

- Successful candidates may be required to work full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to health and safety legislation
