## Compensation

The expected base pay ranges for this role are US$158K – $225K. The actual compensation offered will depend on multiple factors, including experience, skills, and geographic location.

## How you'll make impact

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll design, build, and own high-performance web experiences and frontend platforms that power Growth at scale. You'll work on everything from customer-facing acquisition and conversion journeys to AI-powered internal tools.

Key responsibilities:

- Build scalable frontend experiences using React and TypeScript

- Develop AI-native user experiences with intuitive interfaces and workflows

- Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex frontend applications

- Drive performance and experimentation to improve web performance, SEO, and conversion

- Solve ambiguous business problems with cross-functional teams

- Elevate frontend engineering quality through architecture, reusable component systems, and mentoring

## What we're looking for

### Essentials

- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development practices

- Solid computer science fundamentals and experience building clean, modular, maintainable applications

- Proven ability to independently design and deliver complex frontend solutions

- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

### Preferred

- Experience building growth platforms, campaign management systems, or customer-facing conversion funnels

- Experience developing AI-powered applications or agentic user experiences

- Experience with web performance optimization, A/B testing, and conversion optimization

- Experience with modern frontend ecosystems, including Next.js and server-side rendering

- Experience mentoring engineers and improving frontend engineering practices
