## Description

We are looking for a Manager- Sales & Ops - Visa Category to own CREW's visa business end to end. You will lead a team of Visa Experts, manage visa partners, and build playbooks to make visas a smooth experience for premium members.

Responsibilities:

- Own every visa from first message to passport back in hand

- Lead a team of Visa Experts and set daily targets

- Work with Destination Experts to offer visa help for international trips

- Build and maintain country playbooks with document checklists, timelines, and fees

- Set up document checks to avoid rejections and study every rejection to prevent future occurrences

- Manage visa partners and service providers

- Plan for peak season and urgent cases

- Handle escalations for visa issues

- Ensure data privacy and ethics in handling passports and personal documents

- Share daily and weekly reports with leadership

- Identify manual work for automation with Product and Tech

Qualifications:

- Based in Bangalore or open to relocating

- Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends and peak holiday season

- 4-7 years in tourist visa operations

- 2+ years leading a team

- Deep knowledge of visas for popular countries

- Experience managing partners and vendors

- Comfortable with data analysis and clear communication
