## Description

Join Disney Store's visual strategy team to create immersive Disney experiences across 44 stores and the official online store, Disneystore.jp.

As an Associate Manager, Visual Strategy, you will develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and execute online site direction, special feature pages, and product content to maximize sales power during product launches

- Create product detail pages, online site content, and product images

- Manage content creation calendars and plan for the year and month

- Optimize visual presentation on the online site through outsourcing planning and operation

Requirements:

- Experience in web content direction, design, and coding

- Project management experience and strong communication skills

- Ability to think and act independently to achieve business goals

- Smooth and effective communication with diverse stakeholders

- Native-level Japanese language skills

- (Desirable) Experience using English in business communications
