## Description

Ramp is seeking a Lead Recruiter to shape the Design team responsible for building products. You will partner with design leadership to hire across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design.

You'll lead searches from inception to close, helping teams identify, assess, and hire exceptional designers. This involves fostering relationships with designers through events, referrals, and ongoing engagement with the design community.

Key responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design

- Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs and calibrate talent

- Identify and engage talent through various channels

- Build relationships with designers through referrals and events

- Improve hiring processes and leverage new tools

Requirements:

- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, including experience hiring for Design roles

- Strong understanding of great design talent

- Exceptional relationship-building skills

- Strong judgment and operational rigor

- Experimental mindset and willingness to try new approaches

- Experience using AI in the recruiting workflow
